WuWei Labs is the commercial arm of this work. Businesses arrive with people doing machine work — copying, checking, routing, chasing. We build agentic systems that take that work over and keep running after we leave.
The problem
The distance between 'we should use AI' and a system that runs unattended is enormous. Most automation is a demo wearing a product's clothes: it works until the first edge case, then quietly becomes someone's job again.
