Context
Kreova sells laser-cut metal art. Behind the storefront is the real system: every order is a manufacturing job with a cut file, a production queue, and a physical piece that has to arrive whole. The platform runs that entire journey.
The problem
No off-the-shelf store thinks in manufacturing. Variants aren't just prices — they change the geometry that gets cut. And every design carries a physical constraint: each element must connect, or the piece falls apart on the wall. The software had to respect the material.
Shape of the system
A custom storefront hides the complexity: customers see art, the system sees jobs. A production dashboard tracks each piece from raw sheet through cutting, quality control, and delivery. An AI assistant answers customer questions so the shop can keep making things.
